Returns & Exchanges
After purchasing BMAC scissors, you will have 7 days after the date of sale (or date of delivery if purchased online) to return the scissors to our office for a refund. Refunds will only be granted if the scissors are returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, in sellable condition, and contain all original items. Refunds will be at the digression of our staff upon complete inspection.
After the 7 day return period has passed, from days 8-10 after purchase, you will only be allowed to make an exchange for another pair of Bmac scissors. When exchanging scissors during the 8-10 time frame only, you will be allowed to make an exchange for another pair of scissors, and the amount originally paid will be credited towards the new pair. You will be responsible for the shipping charges.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges of scissors.
Sample scissor purchases are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE and sold AS-IS. Sample scissors are sold fully inspected by our Bmac Care Team, though if there are any concerns with scissor’s functionality, we will gladly inspect the scissor(s) for any imperfections. Service of the scissor(s) will be at our own discretion after our Bmac Care Team does a full examination.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, all scissors must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, in sellable condition, and contain all original items.
